Maintenance and Reliability Team Leader (Texas)
Excellent client just south of Houston has an opening for a Maintenance and Reliability Team Leader. This client has a strong market share and sells product globally as well as business to business and through distributorships.
TheMaintenance and Reliability Team Leader (MRTL) will report to the Mechanical Engineering Authority Superintendent and will play a key role in developing both short-term and long-term Reliability strategies for stationary equipment. The MRTL will track equipment performance by reviewing maintenance and reliability specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and cost reports. The MRTL will be expected to provide guidance and issue job packages related to the installation and repair of heat exchangers, boilers, furnaces, tanks and other fixed equipment. Knowledge of piping design and repair is also required. Formal training and experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) is a plus. The MRTL will be a technical resource to maintenance, operations and engineering.
