Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline, Master’s degree is preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years experience. Must have strong knowledge in HR, including employment law, FMLA, ADA, and code of ethics. Must have project management PC proficiency using MS Office, MS Projects, Lotus Notes and knowledge of SAP. Manager will perform employee development, ensure consistent HR practices, support strategy & program execution throughout all levels of the organization. Must be able to apply Lean concepts to make process improvements to the HR function. Keep abreast of employment laws and benefits.
